A firm built to bridge institutional stability and local market agility.

Adur Investments Limited is a licensed Nigerian financial services firm, formed in June 2022 to make institutional-grade financial strategy available to private individuals and growing businesses.

Who we are.

We operate under a Lagos State Money Lender's License, providing an ecosystem of investment, lending and advisory services to individuals, SMEs, corporates, public institutions and nonprofits.

Our values are drawn from the Benin Kingdom, a civilization known for leadership and sophistication. Our operations run on modern digital tools and data-driven insight. That combination is the whole point of the firm: the judgement of an institution, applied at the speed a growing business actually needs.

Since inception we have disbursed over $15 million across a diversified portfolio, supported more than 500 beneficiaries, and maintained a 0% non-performing loan record.

Our mission

To build sustainable wealth for individuals and businesses through digital and ecosystem-based financial partnerships.

Our vision

To be the preferred financial partner across markets, delivering value-driven, digital and knowledge-based financial solutions that foster sustainable wealth.

Our commitment

Our commitment

We don't just provide capital. We nurture growth.

Whether through short-term working capital or long-term investment advisory, Adur serves as a trusted partner to individuals, SMEs and large corporate entities navigating the complexities of the Nigerian economic landscape.

That partnership is the reason our credit standards hold. We stay engaged after disbursement, because our record depends on our clients succeeding, not simply on their repayments arriving.

Rooted in the Benin Kingdom. Built for modern finance.

The identity of Adur is tied to a civilization renowned for administrative sophistication, strategic diplomacy and unparalleled craftsmanship. In taking the name, we hold our conduct to those benchmarks.

We represent a blend of traditional values, honor, foresight and stability, with the agility and technological precision that modern finance demands.

A strategic confluence

Adur was established on June 21, 2022, as a deliberate union of two specialized financial entities, formed to address a gap in the Nigerian market: institutional-grade strategy that remains accessible to private individuals and growing SMEs.

Bralewood

A global specialist in currency management and international market dynamics, with networks and clientele across Europe, Asia and Africa.

Mettle

A venture capital firm recognized for its disciplined approach to building alliances that scale African enterprises.

The partnership was a confluence of philosophies rather than a merger of assets. Bralewood's global risk-management perspective and Mettle's reading of the Nigerian entrepreneurial landscape are both present in how we lend and advise today.

The Adur philosophy.

Our journey and performance.

Four years of deliberate growth, measured by what the capital went on to do.

  1. 2022

    The foundation

Adur was established in June as a strategic bridge between institutional stability and market agility. The year was defined by setting up our high-compliance framework and deploying our first wave of bridge financing for SMEs, which set the standard for the 0% non-performing loan record we still hold.

  2. 2023

    Market resilience and social capital

As the Nigerian economy faced significant shifts, we moved to prioritize social capital alongside profitability. We partnered with a major FMCG leader to finance specialized sales vehicles, a decision that expanded employment opportunities and kept the distribution network for essential goods unbroken.

  3. 2024

    Strengthening local food security

We deepened our commitment to a Made in Nigeria for Nigerians philosophy. By engineering funding structures for the cultivation and supply of critical food ingredients, we helped ensure essential processed goods reached households across the country and stabilized local supply chains.

  4. 2025

    Institutionalizing retail reach

Having crossed the $15 million disbursement milestone, we scaled our Employee Liquidity Solutions. Providing unsecured emergency loans to over 500 corporate employees allowed their organizations to redirect operational cash flow toward high-growth investment while we carried the financial well-being of their workforce.

How we engage.

Every financial strategy we build is personalized, data-driven and continuously optimized across six disciplined stages.

  1. Client assessment

Understanding goals, financial position and risk profile.

  2. Strategic planning

Designing a tailored financial roadmap aligned with long-term objectives.

  3. Portfolio structuring

Deploying diversified, risk-balanced investment and funding strategies.

  4. Active monitoring

Ongoing performance review and adaptive portfolio adjustment.

  5. Technology enablement

Leveraging analytics, digital reporting and decision-support tools.

  6. Governance and compliance

Ensuring ethical conduct and full regulatory alignment.
